Verkaufen
Das Verkaufen von Objekten ist gebührenpflichtig. Sehen Sie hierzu
die aktuellen Gebühren.
Bevor Sie etwas verkaufen wollen, sollten Sie alles gut vorbereiten.
Überlegen Sie sich die Kategorie und Ihre Verkaufsmethode, bereiten Sie
Bilder entsprechend auf und formulieren Sie den Titel und den
Verkaufstext Ihres Angebots. Besonders hilfreich sind auch
Verkaufsvorlagen, die Sie unter "Meine Daten" finden.
Kategorien
Je nach Objektart können Sie in Stufe 1 von 4 aus verschiedenen
Kategorien auswählen:
- Brieftauben - mit den Unterkategorien
- Auktion - nur für die Verkaufsmethode "Auktion"
- Festpreis - nur für die Verkaufsmethode "Festpreis"
- Kleinanzeige - nur für die Verkaufsmethode "Kleinanzeige"
- Special - In dieser Kategorie der
Brieftauben-Auktion versteigern renommierte Züchter des In-
und Auslandes eine Kollektion von mindestens 20 Tauben nach
vorheriger Absprache mit dem Auktionshaus.

- PreAuction - Hier werden Tauben oder Gutscheine
angeboten, der finale Versteigerung traditionell vor Ort statt
findet.

- OneLoftRaces - Hier haben Anbieter von One Loft Races die
Möglichkeit, Kleinanzeigen zu schalten und später Tauben des Rennes
online zu versteigern.

rund um die Brieftauben-Auktion wie z.B. Logistik-Firmen für den
Taubentransport, Taubenfotografen, Mediendesigner.

Verkaufsmethoden
In Stufe 2 von 4 wird aus bis zu 4 verschiedenen Verkaufsmethoden
unterschieden:
- Auktion - Normale Auktion mit den Möglichkeiten
"Mindestpreis" und "Sofort Kaufen"
- Power-Auktion - Verkauf mehrerer gleichartiger Objekte in einer
Auktion (nicht bei Brieftauben)
- Verkauf zu Festpreis - Objekt(e) zum Festpreis verkaufen
(kein Bieten!)
- Kleinanzeige - Inserat für Werbung, Verkauf oder
Dienstleistung (kein Bieten!)
Ort
Hier gibt man den Standort an, wo sich das angebotene Objekt befindet.
Hilfreich für eventuelle Selbstabholer.
Nachfolgend werden die einzelnen Verkaufsmethoden beschrieben.
Auktion
Hier in Stufe 3 von 4 müssen bzw. können folgende optionale oder
Pflicht-Angaben (=
benötigt) gemacht werden:
- Titel (benötigt) - Mit
diesem bis zu 60 Zeichen langen Titel wird die Auktion in der
tabellarischer Form aufgelistet. Bei Tauben ist eine Angabe der
Ringnummer sinnvoll.
- Startpreis (benötigt) - Mit
diesem Preis wird die Auktion begonnen
- Mindestpreis (optional) - Unter diesem Preis gilt das
Objekt als nicht verkauft, auch wenn Gebote vorliegen.
- "Sofort Kaufen"-Preis (optional) - Mit diesem Preis kann
eine Auktion sofort beendet werden
- Online Bezahlung (benötigt)
- Hier ist nur die letzte Auswahl möglich (Nicht erlaubt: Der
Käufer erhält die Zahlungsmodalitäten vom Verkäufer)
- Zahlungshinweis (optional) - Angaben des Verkäufers zur
Bezahlung und zum Versand
- Versandkosten (optional)
- Zusätzliche Kosten für den Käufer
- Versandkosten für zusätzliche Objekte (optional)
- Zum Beispiel 0,01€ für jede weitere Taube
- Steuer (optional) - nur für
gewerbliche Verkäufer!
- Detaillierte Beschreibung (benötigt)
- Hier wird das Angebot Objekt bestmöglich beschrieben. Diesen Text
bereiten Sie am besten vorher auf.
Um Bilder oder Abstammungen in den Text zu bekommen, lesen Sie
unseren Tipp.
In Stufe 4 von 4 folgen weitere optionale oder
Pflicht-Angaben sowie der Bilder-Upload:
- Dauer der Anzeige (benötigt)
- Mindestens 3 Tage und maximal 10 Tage ab dem Zeitpunkt der
Veröffentlichung. Kann nachträglich nicht verändert werden.
- automatische Wiedereinstellung (optional)
- Wurde ein Objekt nicht verkauft, kann es automatisch vom System
wiedereingestellt werden. Die Kosten werden neu berechnet.
- Besucherzähler Typ (optional)
- Dieser Zähler wird am Ende der Auktionsseite angezeigt, und
zeigt die Anzahl der Besucher an.
- Startseiten-Präsentation (optional)
- TOP-Angebot auf der Startseite
- TOP-Angebot in der Kategorie (optional)
- TOP-Angebot in der Kategorie
- Galerie Bild (optional) -
Mini-Foto in der Übersichts-Seite der Kategorie mit

Verkauf zu Festpreis und Power-Auktion
Hier in Stufe 3 von 4 müssen bzw. können folgende optionale oder
Pflicht-Angaben (=
benötigt) gemacht werden:
- Titel (benötigt) - Mit
diesem bis zu 60 Zeichen langen Titel wird die Auktion in der
tabellarischer Form aufgelistet. Bei Tauben ist eine Angabe der
Ringnummer sinnvoll.
- Menge (benötigt) - Anzahl
gleichartiger Objekte (also mindestens "1")
- Preis (benötigt) - Mit
diesem Preis kann das Objekt gekauft werden
- Die weiteren Felder in der Stufe 3 sowie Stufe 4 entsprechen
denen, wie vorher unter "Auktion" beschrieben.
Bei "Verkauf zu Festpreis" wird die Menge des Angebots um "1"
verringert und bei Menge "0" beendet.
Bei der "Power-Auktion" endet die Auktion mit Ablauf der eingestellten
Anzeigendauer an die Höchstbietenden.
Kleinanzeige
Hier in Stufe 3 von 4 müssen bzw. können folgende optionale oder
Pflicht-Angaben (=
benötigt) gemacht werden:
- Titel (benötigt) - Mit
diesem bis zu 60 Zeichen langen Titel wird die Auktion in der
tabellarischer Form aufgelistet. Bei Tauben ist eine Angabe der

- Menge (optional) -
Geben Sie hier die "1" ein.
- Preis (optional) -
Preis zu informatorischen Zwecken.
- Detaillierte Beschreibung (benötigt)
- Hier wird das Angebot Objekt bestmöglich beschrieben. Diesen Text
bereiten Sie am besten vorher auf.
Um Bilder oder Abstammungen in den Text zu bekommen, lesen Sie
unseren Tipp.
In Stufe 4 von 4 folgen weitere optionale oder
Pflicht-Angaben sowie der Bilder-Upload:
- Dauer der Anzeige (benötigt)
- Die Länge der Dauer entscheidet den Preis
- Die weiteren Felder in der Stufe 3 sowie Stufe 4 entsprechen
denen, wie vorher unter "Auktion" beschrieben.
Nach Stufe 4 werden bei allen Verkaufsmethoden noch einmal alle
getätigten Einstellungen mit Preisangaben angezeigt. Erst durch
Betätigung des Schalters "Objekt aufgeben" wird das Angebot
veröffentlicht und Sie erhalten vom System eine Mail-Benachrichtigung
über Ihre Objekt-Einstellung.
Angebot ist online
Ist das Objekt veröffentlicht, haben Sie die Möglichkeiten "Objekt
ändern" und "Ähnliches veröffentlichen":
- Objekt ändern - Die Möglichkeiten der Änderungen sind
abhängig, ob schon Gebote vorliegen oder nicht.
- Ähnliches veröffentlichen - Der komplette Inhalt samt
Bilder wird in ein neues Angebot kopiert und kann bearbeitet werden.
Benutzer des Systems haben die Möglichkeit, Ihnen Fragen zum Objekt
per System zu stellen. Sie erhalten nach so einer Anfrage eine Mail vom
System mit der Mail-Adresse des Fragestellenden als Absender. Es gibt
nun zwei Möglichkeiten, die Mail zu beantworten:
- öffentlich: Sie schreiben Ihre Antwort direkt im System zur
Auktion, wenn die Antwort von öffentlichem Interesse ist. Der
Fragesteller erhält dann Ihre Antwort vom System als Mail.
- privat: Sie beantworten die Mail des Fragestellenden und
schreiben im System bei der Auktion "Per Mail beantwortet".
Jedes Mal, wenn ein Gebot auf Ihr Angebot abgegeben wurde, erhalten
Sie automatisch vom System eine Mail mit der Gebotsbestätigung.
Während des Online-Angebots können Fragen, Probleme etc. auftauchen:
Angebot ist beendet
Nach dem Ablauf eines Verkaufes erhalten Sie eine Mail vom System, ob
der Verkauf erfolgreich war oder nicht. Bei erfolgreichem Verkauf
erhalten Sie als Verkäufer eine Mail mit den Adress-Angaben des Käufers
(Telefonnummern werden aus datenschutz-rechtlichen Gründen nicht
angegeben) und dem Kaufpreis. Sie können auf dieses Mail direkt
antworten und dem Käufer gratulieren, Ihre Bankdaten und die gesamten
Kosten (Kaufpreis und Frachtkosten) mitteilen.
Auch der Käufer erhält ebenfalls eine System-Mail über den erfolgreichen
Kauf. In dieser Mail stehen dann Kaufpreis und die Adress-Daten des
Verkäufers.
Es ist ratsam, möglichst schnell Kontakt mit dem Käufer aufzunehmen.
Binnen 3 Tage sollte ein Käufer auf diese Mail reagieren - bei
Ausländern kann es schon mal länger werden. Generell sollten Ausländer
in Englisch kontaktiert werden.
Sollte sich ein Käufer nicht melden, schreiben Sie an das Auktionshaus
eine Mitteilung mit Angabe der Auktionsnummer.
Sind alle Ihre Auktionen beendet, erhalten Sie vom Auktionshaus Ihre
Rechnung per E-Mail.

Selling
The selling of items is subject to charges (fees and commission). Please
see our current price
list.
Before selling any item, all data should be well prepared. Decide about
the category and the selling method, prepare the images you want to publish
and formulate the title and the detailed descripion. Especially helpful
are selling templates that you can create in "My Account".
Categories
Depending on the kind of item you want to sell, you can choose from different
categories in step 1 to 4:
- Brieftauben ( pigeons) - with subcategories
- Auktion ( auction) - only for the selling method "auction"
- Festpreis (fixed price listing) - only for the selling
method "fixed price listing"
- Kleinanzeige (classified ad) - only for the selling method
"classified ad"
- Special - In this category of Brieftauben-Auktion
renowned national and international breeders sell a collection
of at least 20 pigeons after prior consultation with us.

- PreAuction - here you can offer pigeons or coupons, the final
auction is traditionally held on the spot. (Prior consultation with
us is necessary).

- OneLoftRaces - organizers of One Loft Races have the opportunity
to publish classified ads and to sell the pigeons of the race in an
online auction.
- Dienstleister (service providers) - here you find pigeon related
service providers like shipping companies, pigeon fotographers or media
designers.
- Medien (media) - with subcategories:
- Bücher (books) - offerings of books and magazines
- Videos - offerings of video, DVD's
- Produkte (products) - with subcategories:
- Futter (feeding)
- Gesundheit (health products)

Selling methods
In step 2 to 4 there are up to 4 different methods of selling items:
- Auktion - traditional auction with options "reserve"
and "Buy now"
- Power-Auktion - Dutch auction: multiple item auction:
selling more than one identical item individually in one auction format.(not
for selling pigeons)
- Verkauf zu Festpreis - Fixed Price Sale: selling items
for a fixed price. (no bidding!)
- Kleinanzeige - Classified ad: advertisement, (no bidding!)
Item Location
Please indicate the city or region, where the items offered are located.
Helpful for buyers who want to collect the items themselves.
In the following the different selling methods are described:
Auction
here in step 3 of 4 you have to fill in the following optional or
mandatory (=required)
information.
- Title (required) - title (up to
60 characters), will be listed in category overview. If you sell pigeons,
the ring number should be indicated!
- Starting Price (required) - With
this price the auction is started.
- Reserve Price (optional) - below this price the item will
not be sold (auction is unsuccesful), even if there are bids.
- "Buy Now "-Price " (optional) - price for the
Buy Now option. As long as there are no valid bids, a seller can buy
the object for this price.
- Immediate Payment (required)
- Here only the last (3rd) option is possible (Not Allowed: Instant
checkout is not allowed and the buyer must wait until an invoice is
manually created).
- Payment Instructions (optional) - information by the seller
for payment and shipping.
- Shipping Cost (optional)
- The additional charge for shipping and handling the item(s).
- Extra Item Shipping Cost (optional)
- Discounted shipping for additional items shipped to the same buyer.
- Tax (optional) - only for commercial
sellers!
- Detailed description (required)
- Give a detailed and thorough description of the object. This text
should be prepared in advance.
To get pictures and pedigrees in the text, read our tip.
In step 4 of 4 you give more optional or mandatory
(=required) information and upload
your digital pictures:
- Listing Duration (required)
- at least 3 days and a maximum of 10 days from the date of publication.
Can not be changed afterwards.
- Auto Relist (optional) - If
an object is not sold, it can be automatically relisted by the system.
The fees will be charged again.
- Hit Counter Style (optional)
- This counter is displayed at the bottom of the auction page,
it displays the number of visitors.
- Home Page Featured (optional) -
Featured item on our main page.
- Category Featured (optional) - The
listing will be featured in the category listing.
- Gallery Listing (optional)
- randomly featured in the gallery section of our main page,
with thumbnail (mini picture) in listing overview.
- Highlight Listing (optional)
- the listing will have a highlighted background to attract attention
- Bold Listing (optional) - the
listing title will be displayed with a bold font.
- Upload Base Image (optional)

- Free Extra Image (optional)

- Premium Extra Images (optional)

Fixed Price Sale and Dutch Auction
here in step 3 of 4 you have to fill in the following optional or mandatory
(=required) information.
- Title (required) - title (up to
60 characters), will be listed in category overview. If you sell pigeons,
the ring number should be indicated!
- Quantity (required) - quantity
of (identical) items to be sold (minimum "1")
- Price (required) - price of the
item
- The other fields in stage 3 and stage 4 are corresponding to those
previously described ine "auction"
In a "Fixed price Sale" , for each sale the quantity is reduced
by 1. The listing is closed, when the quantity is down to 0.
In a "Dutch Auction", the auctions ends after the listing duration
is reached. The highest bidders win the auction.
Classified Ad
here in step 3 of 4 you have to fill in the following optional or mandatory
(=required) information.
- Titel (required) - title (up to
60 characters), will be listed in category overview. If you sell pigeons,
the ring number should be indicated!
- Quantity (optional) - please
enter "1".
- Price (optional) - needed
only for information.
- Detailed description (required)
- Give a detailed and thorough description of the object. This text
should be prepared in advance.

In step 4 of 4 you give more optional or mandatory
(=required) information and upload
your digital pictures:
- Listing Duration (required)
- the price of the ad is calculated corresponding to the duration.
- The other fields in stage 3 and stage 4 are corresponding to those
previously described ine "auction".
After completing step 4, for all kind of listings, the settings and a
price infromation are displayed once again. Only through hitting the button
"Post item", your listing will be published. Only then system
will send an email confirmation of your sucessful posting to you.
Listing is online:
Once the listing (auction, ad) is published, you have the options for
"Edit your listing" and "Create Similar Listing".
- Edit your listing - As long as there are no bids on your auction,
you can make certain changes.
- Create Similar Listing - All content including images will
be copied to a new listing, ready to be changed and published.
Our users have the possibility, to use our system to ask questions about
your listing. After a question is published (question is visible in your
auction), you will be informed by an email with the mail address of the
questioner as the sender. Now you have two possibilities to answer the
mail:
- in public : If the question is of public interest, you answer the
question directly in your listing. The questioner gets your answer by
mail, and it is published in your listing.
- in private: You only answer the email of the questioner. In your listing
(where the question also is visible) you write: "answered by mail"
Each time a bid is submitted to your listing, you will automatically
receive an email from our system with a "bid confirmation".
Questions that may occur during your listing is online:
Listing is closed
After the expiry of a listing, you receive an email from the system, whether
the sale (auction) was successful or not. After a successful sale you
will receive an email with the address information of the buyer and the
price of the item. Please note that for privacy reasons, we do not give
away telephone numbers. You can directly answer this mail and inform the
buyer about the your bank details and the total price (price and shipping
costs).
The buyer also receives a system-mail about the successful purchase. This
email will include the purchase price and the address data of the seller.
It is advisable to contact the buyer as soon as possible. Within three
days, a buyer should respond to this email - with foreigners, it can take
a little longer. Generally, foreign (= non german) users should be contacted
in English.
If a buyer does not react, write a notification to the auction house,
stating the auction number.
After all your auctions are ended, we will send your invoice by email.
